First and foremost, MST3K is the acronym for Mystery Science Theater 3K, a wonderful public access, comedy, bad film review, television show created by Joel Hodgson where he and some friends talked over some of the worst movies put on film.

Mystery Simon Theater 3K, also MST3K, is the name of Simon's podcast, where she has to watch all of the tapes in her VHS library which is at about 3,000 tapes.

What will the Guest do?
Our format includes a rotating guest who picks one of the 3 tapes. It could be an intentional pick or you can use a random number generator from the list linked below.

Does the Guest have to watch their tape pick?
This is not a requirement, just very recommended. If you’re in or near Portland, I’d love to host you in my home or studio, where I watch the tapes but you’re also welcome to watch the title how ever it’s accessible to you.

Will the Guest be on the podcast episode?
Yes! This podcast is captured as both an audio and video output, recorded in our Portland studio. If you’re not in the area, we would still love to have you share your thoughts remotely.
